When you’re done adding all the edits you need, click the Export Video button in the upper right corner. To add music to your Roblox video, select Audio and upload any file you have on your computer or paste a link to online locations like YouTube, TikTok, or SoundCloud. For greater accessibility and professionalism, use the Subtitles tool to auto-transcribe your video. To add text with custom font, color, style, outline, background, animation, or shadow, select Text from the upper toolbar and enter what you want to display. You can also place the tracker anywhere on a video or audio layer and use the Split button to split it into two clips. To trim your video and audio layers, drag and drop the ends of the layers in the timeline at the bottom. Most likely, you’ll want to trim it, grab the best clips, or add extra features like text and music. With your files uploaded, you can make any edits your Roblox recording needs. If you recorded your video using Kapwing, your video and audio layers will already be on the canvas and timeline. MKV recording file directly into the Studio window. Go to in your browser and click Start Editing to enter the Kapwing Studio. Since OBS doesn’t provide any video editing tools, I recommend using Kapwing to edit your Roblox videos, regardless of where you recorded them. Activate the “ Include Microphone” toggle in Kapwing’s Screen Record menu and select iShowU as your audio input. Just like in OBS, you can use iShowU to record your in-game audio while you're playing. In this menu, you can choose your recording options, depending on the type of content you want to create. Choose Record from the upper toolbar and select Record Screen. Head over to and select Start Editing to enter the Kapwing Studio. If you don’t want to take up gigabytes of storage space on your computer with the OBS app and recording files, you can actually use an online tool to record your Roblox gameplay in your browser. MKV files, which are hard to edit, play, and upload, but can be uploaded to Kapwing where you can edit and convert them to MP4 files. Select File, then Show Recordings to find them in your file browser. When your recording is done, click the Stop Recording button, and your video will automatically be saved to your computer. When all your sources have been added, hit the Start Recording button in the list of options in the lower right. When you add an Audio Output source in OBS, you’ll see iShowU as an option, which you can add in addition to a microphone audio input. Go to the iShowU download page and install the app on your computer. If you want to record in-game audio, I recommend downloading a small app called iShowU.
